Acid Inhibitors

? These acid inhibitors are recommended for use in both, continuous pickling and batch pickling operations. They are recommended for use at very low concentrations, such as 250 gms to 500 gms per 100 litres of commercial hydrochloric acid (30 to 34 per cent) used irrespective of further dilution of acid for actual pickling operation. The acid inhibitors are recommended for use in pickling operations in cold roll mills, box strap manufacturing units, tube pickling, strands and wire pickling, pickling of rods and channels, in electroplating operations, galvanising, industries etc. They are safer to handle than acid-based liquid inhibitor
